Trivia Night Fundraiser at the MLA Annual Conference!

It has been said that people who work in libraries know a little bit of everything, right?

Here is your opportunity to show off your boundless knowledge of trivia! Please join us for a new fundraising event to be held after dinner on Thursday night at this year’s Annual Conference (May 2-4, 2007 at the Sturbridge Host Hotel). MLA will be hosting a Trivia Night Contest combined with a small silent auction. Some special items will also be auctioned off live between rounds of trivia. You can form a team of trivia-loving friends so you can combine your areas of knowledge into one unstoppable trivia-answering machine!

Plan ahead and challenge other libraries or library-related organizations to bring a team and match wits with your team! Costumes are encouraged. This event is the primary way that MLA raises funds for the Continuing Education Fund, so register early for this event and challenge your friends to come and play!
