• Monitor and update as necessary MLA’s minimum salary recommendations

• Investigate the national pay equity effort and adapt portions of the campaign to Massachusetts.

• Plan an implement an annual conference program on personnel issues.

• Work in cooperation with MLTA, plan and implement a program on pay equity at MLTA’s annual conference.
