MAKING YOUR RESERVATIONS
We’ve reserved a limited amount of rooms at the Sea Crest Beach Resort. The rate is $189 plus 14.45% tax and a $10 resort fee. To reserve a room, call 800-225-3110 and reference the Massachusetts Library Association ‘MLA” Annual Conference. This special conference room rate is available three (3) days pre- and post-conference based on availability at the time of booking. Please note that many of the guest rooms are accessible only by stairs.
Resort fee
The discounted resort fee mentioned above includes Wi-Fi, parking for one car, bottled water upon arrival and use of hotel’s amenities (fitness center, pools*, beach, etc.). *Only indoor pool likely to be open during program dates.
Reservation deadline
It is strongly recommended that you book your hotel room if needed prior to registering for the conference. All reservations must be made by Monday, April 28, 2025 and will be offered based on availability in contracted room block.
Cancellation terms
Reservations cancelled at least 21 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will have the entire deposit refunded. If reservations are canceled within 21 days prior to the arrival date, the deposit is non-refundable.
OTHER
This hotel is pet friendly for an additional fee; please indicate your request to bring a pet when you reserve your room. 
The hotel features a fitness center and an indoor pool for overnight guests among other amenities.
Complimentary self-parking is available.
Check-in is at 4:00pm; checkout is at 11:00am.
